Spa Cancellation Policy: Thank you for choosing our spa services. We understand that sometimes plans change and appointments need to be canceled. In order to maintain availability for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. 2. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service booked will be charged. 3. In the event of a no-show, where no cancellation notice is given and you fail to arrive for your appointment, the cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service booked will be charged. 4. All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process. If a credit card is absent or unavailable, we reserve the right to request payment for the cancellation fee at the time of the next appointment or through alternative means. 5. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, please note that your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
